Responsibilities
- Lead the testing and quality assurance workstream for an AI-driven development lifecycle proof of concept.
- Validate AI-assisted requirements analysis, test case generation, code generation, test automation, defect prediction, and quality engineering processes.
- Develop test strategies and manage functional, automation, API, and AI/GenAI testing activities.
- Validate AI-generated test cases, AI-assisted code and requirements, prompts, model outputs, test coverage, and AI outcome quality.
- Manage defects, risks, readiness reporting, KPIs, quality governance, and cross-functional coordination.
- Design Python automation frameworks, utilities, reusable libraries, test orchestration, and quality engineering practices.
- Author and maintain robust Playwright end-to-end tests, fixtures, and stable, efficient test suites.
- Integrate automated quality checks into Azure-hosted test environments and build and release pipelines.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to development, QA, product, AI/ML, architecture, and business stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- Eight to twelve years of experience designing, automating, and executing tests for complex enterprise applications.
- Strong experience in software testing and quality engineering, including functional, automation, API testing, test strategy, test management, and quality governance.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for building automation frameworks, utilities, and reusable libraries.
- Hands-on expertise with Playwright, including end-to-end tests, test fixtures, and suite optimization.
- Experience with Azure services for test environments, build and release pipelines, and automated quality checks.
- Strong working knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Copilot, including repository management and branching strategies.
- Experience leading AI/GenAI testing initiatives, including prompt testing, model-output verification, AI model evaluation, and AI outcome measurement.
- Experience with AI testing frameworks, prompt engineering, LLM validation, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Healthcare payer/provider, pharmacy claims, or related healthcare domain experience is preferred.
