Responsibilities
- Develop data pipelines for high-quality ML and evaluation datasets, including curation, sampling, and slicing.
- Build tools and infrastructure for data mining, exploration, and large-scale dataset analysis.
- Architect and maintain data platforms processing Waymo driving logs and simulation data.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Quantitative Analytics teams on data infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems that ingest, store, transform, and output data at scale.
- Production programming proficiency in C++ or Python.
- Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with A/B experiment infrastructure, SQL-based ad-hoc data analysis, or the autonomous-vehicle industry.
