Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical solutions for complex Oracle Supply Chain Management business problems.
- Develop PL/SQL procedures and packages, Unix Shell Scripts, Oracle Forms, Oracle OAF customizations, integrations, and other Oracle EBS RICEW components.
- Support and maintain existing customizations and application functionality.
- Triage and debug production issues involving data, code, performance, and security, and identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Partner with business and functional teams to gather requirements, perform development and testing, and conduct CRP and UAT.
- Attend CAB processes and migrate code to production across multiple instances.
- Monitor programs and interfaces using APPWORX chains and create new chains as needed.
- Create technical and design documents, including CF250, MD200, and BR100 documents.
- Contribute reusable components, project and data delivery platforms, architecture analysis, implementation roadmaps, and integrated test plans.
- Mentor and support team members while taking ownership of assigned work and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a STEM major.
- 5–10 years of experience in Oracle application development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM implementation, including Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory features, functionality, configuration, and technical details.
- In-depth experience with Oracle RICEW objects and Oracle EBS RICEW components.
- Advanced PL/SQL skills and experience with BI Publisher Reports, Web ADIs, Oracle Form Builders, form personalization, and OAF.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management modules.
- Knowledge of APPWORX.
- Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management implementations and multiple business processes in the Oracle Supply Chain domain.
- Experience with Agile Project Management Methodology.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, problem-solving, design, architecture, and delivery skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing requests, build professional relationships, and mentor team members.
- Experience with the GE Aerospace ecosystem and business-process knowledge is desirable.
- Experience in heat transfer and thermal management is listed as an ideal-candidate qualification.
