Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy data-intensive analytical measurement solutions.
- Develop and maintain large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services.
- Design architectures for reliable and scalable new and existing systems.
- Manage systems and services supporting thousands of discrete daily executions.
- Participate in coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Collaborate with the team to solve ambiguous and complex engineering problems and improve processes and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience in software design or architecture, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 2+ years of object-oriented design experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
