Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Build maintainable cloud-native microservices using C#, .NET Core, Java, or Python.
- Analyze and implement complex enterprise integrations across disparate systems.
- Drive containerization, orchestration, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion code reviews, automated testing, API design standards, performance optimization, and technical excellence.
- Use AWS and AWS CDK to build and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers, drive specification-driven development, and integrate AI tools into engineering workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in large-scale, enterprise-level software environments.
- At least 5 years of hands-on development experience in C#, Java, or Python, with strong emphasis on .NET Core in cloud environments.
- Expertise in distributed systems design, including design patterns, caching strategies, and asynchronous messaging.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Proven experience with AWS and infrastructure as code, including AWS CDK, Python, or equivalent.
- Deep experience designing, building, and securing REST APIs and developing automated testing or automation frameworks.
- Expertise with GitHub Actions or Workflows, Jenkins, and JFrog Artifactory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Claude, Cursor, LLM prompting, specification-driven development, AI agents, LLM APIs, or retrieval-augmented generation frameworks.
