Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and maintainable frontend system components throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, QA engineers, and backend developers.
- Influence development strategy and technologies for a global product deployed on hundreds of servers.
- Support other team members and help them develop their potential.
- Lead and own cross-team projects from design through deployment and beyond.
- Propose product enhancements and team productivity improvements.
- Help define the technical roadmap and drive its implementation.
- Establish new standards, set trends, and inspire the team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and developing highly scalable applications from functional and performance perspectives.
- Expert knowledge of ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with the React ecosystem, including React, Redux, and Webpack.
- Ability to solve complex problems and take on challenging tasks.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
