Senior Technical Consultant - Quality Systems

Responsibilities
- Implement new features and configure the Veeva Quality suite for life sciences customers.
- Guide customers on quality operations, compliance culture, risk analysis, quality metrics, continuous improvement, and audit or inspection readiness.
- Design solutions based on stated and anticipated customer needs and advise customers on Vault and industry best practices.
- Act as the customer liaison across implementation teams, maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and Veeva product teams.
- Drive change management for customers transitioning from on-premise systems to SaaS solutions.
- Support quality processes involving documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, audits, and training.
- Mentor team members and junior consultants.
Requirements
- Significant experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of quality, compliance, quality management systems, document control, and global change management.
- Proven experience leading implementation or maintenance tracks as a consultant, business analyst, IT lead, or business sponsor.
- Experience leading teams through difficult decisions and negotiating compromises.
- Consulting or customer-facing experience, including customer expectation management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work independently and translate business requirements into solution designs.
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of global quality requirements, life sciences compliance, computer systems validation, software validation, project management, service delivery management, systems implementation, and additional European languages.
- Preferred experience includes Veeva Vault, EtQ, TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, or NextDocs.
