Base Salary
$90k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Talk with users to understand their goals and challenges.
- Help customers design and optimize their Metabase implementations.
- Guide customers in retrieving, transforming, and querying data from various sources.
- Solve complex technical problems and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Collaborate with technical communicators to create customer educational materials.
- Represent customer needs to product and engineering teams and help drive product development.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience writing production code, administering systems, and/or managing databases.
- Demonstrate strong database and SQL skills.
- Have strong technical expertise in at least two of web application development and troubleshooting, infrastructure management and troubleshooting, or database management, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
