Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build core systems from the ground up, including scalable APIs and distributed data pipelines.
- Work across the stack, shipping features end-to-end from backend to frontend.
- Develop and productionize LLM-based features for user-friendly complex analysis.
- Ensure systems are fast, reliable, and easy to monitor and improve.
- Influence engineering practices and help define the company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Deep experience in building and scaling full-stack systems.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and job orchestration tools.
- Comfort with AI tools and integrating LLMs into systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in an early-stage environment.
