Lead Implementation Support Engineer, Manufacturing Information Systems - Ciudad Juarez

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and operational leadership for customer and manufacturing-site implementations.
- Lead application deployment, configuration, testing, rollout, and stabilization.
- Configure workflows, operator UIs, business rules, integrations, user roles, permissions, and application settings.
- Handle complex or high-risk escalations and partner with Engineering on product defects.
- Establish implementation standards, patterns, best practices, documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.
- Partner with Manufacturing Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering to translate production requirements into solutions.
- Validate functionality and troubleshoot configuration, deployment, and production issues.
- Monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely implementation delivery.
- Train end users and manufacturing supervisors.
- Identify process and usability improvements and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application implementation, technical support, software deployment, or systems engineering.
- Experience configuring enterprise or web-based applications.
- Understanding of client-server architecture and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS and version control tools such as Git.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as required.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with Manufacturing Systems, Factory Automation, Industrial Software, Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Zendesk.
