Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI workflows, features, services, agent workflows, code generation, testing, and documentation automation under senior-engineer guidance.
- Create reusable templates, frameworks, and best practices for AI-assisted software development and modern engineering processes.
- Integrate development toolchains, repositories, issue-management platforms, CI/CD systems, and AI services.
- Build automation for requirements management, design reviews, coding, testing, security scanning, and release-readiness verification.
- Create engineering productivity and AI-adoption dashboards, metrics, and reports.
- Develop technical documentation, tutorials, onboarding materials, and knowledge assets.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, implementation, testing, and code reviews.
- Support proof-of-concept evaluations of emerging AI engineering technologies and autonomous development workflows.
- Collaborate with product, support, SRE, and development teams to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Currently pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field at an accredited US school.
- Have basic programming skills in Python and Go, with software development experience from coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
- Show interest in generative AI, AI agents, large language models, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
- Preferred familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Linux environments, Git-based version control, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
