Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance AI workflows, features, services, agent workflows, code generation, testing, and documentation automation under senior-engineer guidance.
  • Create reusable templates, frameworks, and best practices for AI-assisted software development and modern engineering processes.
  • Integrate development toolchains, repositories, issue-management platforms, CI/CD systems, and AI services.
  • Build automation for requirements management, design reviews, coding, testing, security scanning, and release-readiness verification.
  • Create engineering productivity and AI-adoption dashboards, metrics, and reports.
  • Develop technical documentation, tutorials, onboarding materials, and knowledge assets.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, implementation, testing, and code reviews.
  • Support proof-of-concept evaluations of emerging AI engineering technologies and autonomous development workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, support, SRE, and development teams to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

  • Currently pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field at an accredited US school.
  • Have basic programming skills in Python and Go, with software development experience from coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
  • Show interest in generative AI, AI agents, large language models, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Preferred familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Linux environments, Git-based version control, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
