Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, operate, and optimize infrastructure for business platforms.
- Maintain production environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Industrialize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Administer Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices into the software delivery chain.
- Implement code analysis, vulnerability detection, secrets management, and security control tools.
- Secure infrastructure through identity and access management, system hardening, certificate management, network segmentation, and traffic encryption.
- Participate in compliance activities and security audits.
- Provide monitoring, centralized logging, and improved platform observability.
- Contribute to security incident management and remediation plans.
- Automate operational tasks using Python and Bash.
- Coach development teams on DevOps and security best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or DevSecOps.
- Production Linux expertise and strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalling, and TLS.
- Confirmed experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Expertise with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and operational cybersecurity.
- Experience managing secrets, vulnerabilities, and security policies.
- Proficiency with at least one public cloud environment: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Professional English.
- Experience in regulated environments such as payments, fintech, banking, insurance, or e-commerce is appreciated.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, DSP2, or SOC 2 is appreciated.
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, or IDS/IPS solutions is appreciated.
- Technical or security certifications such as CKA, CKS, AWS/Azure Security, Security+, or ISO 27001 are appreciated.
