Base Salary
$53k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software and innovative solutions for complex, multidimensional customer challenges.
- Conduct research and write software using applicable programming, data, or algorithmic techniques.
- Produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Work independently and collaboratively on an internship team.
- Present the completed challenge solution to senior leadership in the final Challenge Cup competition.
Requirements
- Experience with one or more of Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in an academic or internship environment.
- Experience conducting research and writing software.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a technology, engineering, or mathematics field by Winter or Spring 2027 or Winter or Spring 2028.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are preferred.
