Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in enterprise environments.
- Design scalable and maintainable automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Integrate automation tools across diverse technology stacks.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide influencing and advisory support.
- Contribute to decisions involving multiple teams and provide cross-team solutions.
- Mentor junior team members through complex problem-solving scenarios.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Automation Architecture is required.
- Proficiency in Automation Architecture is required.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and architectural design principles is required.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues in enterprise environments is required.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions is required.
- Experience with SAP Build Process Automation is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
