Responsibilities
- Ingest and understand large amounts of structured customer, product, and event data.
- Create probabilistic knowledge graphs by training ML models to unify data across different systems.
- Implement research algorithms for high-scale production usage.
- Build visual tools to help users understand their data and customers.
- Integrate systems into the core operations of client businesses.
- Automate management of thousands of VMs running data processing jobs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience in SaaS and distributed systems.
- Experience with large-scale data-oriented systems on major cloud providers.
- Demonstrated deep technical judgment and ability to guide architectural decisions.
- Passionate about building scalable infrastructure systems.
- Excited about using functional languages in production environments.
- Ability to mentor team members and share knowledge across the engineering team.
