Responsibilities
- Help build, test, maintain, and document AI-enabled applications, agents, skills, workflows, and reusable components.
- Develop Generative AI prototypes and proofs of concept using LLMs, RAG, APIs, and automation technologies.
- Write and maintain mainly Python code and build low-code automations using tools such as Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Support integration of AI solutions with APIs, applications, databases, and data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric.
- Test and evaluate AI solutions for quality, reliability, and performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Help transition successful prototypes into production while following architecture, development, testing, security, and Responsible AI standards.
- Participate in requirements discussions, solution design sessions, sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and knowledge sharing with distributed teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python; JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C# is a plus.
- Foundational understanding of software engineering, MCP, and databases.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering, including having built something with an LLM or AI tool.
- Familiarity with Git and REST APIs.
- Awareness of Responsible AI principles, including data privacy, model limitations, and human oversight.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to discuss requirements with business users across distributed teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
