Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Amazon Connect and AWS-based contact-center applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and cloud services, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Design and implement enhancements using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Python, Node.js, and React.
- Monitor production environments, analyze logs and metrics, and improve service automation and reliability.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident management and service restoration.
- Participate in sprint planning, development, testing, deployments, and post-production support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, application support, or cloud engineering, including hands-on AWS application experience.
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect/AWS CCaaS, including contact flows, routing, queues, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Python and experience developing integrations and automation using REST APIs and AWS SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge, and IAM.
- Experience providing L2/L3 production support in enterprise environments, including incident management, root-cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Preferred experience with Twilio, Operata, Leaptree, ReactJS, Node.js, ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub or GitLab, and CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with serverless and event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
