Responsibilities

  • Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Implement automation with Flows, Triggers, and Platform events while following Salesforce limits and governance.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments and support automated build and deployment practices.
  • Monitor and improve Apex performance, SOQL efficiency, and Governor limit usage.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and develop reliable, scalable software for an enterprise-wide user base.
  • Adhere to banking regulations and internal security standards while protecting customer financial data.
  • Collaborate with senior software engineers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
  • Code, debug, research, analyze, and resolve development issues across application layers.

Requirements

  • University or college degree.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment practices.
  • Ability to understand and develop software, work across client, server, business, and database layers, and resolve development issues.
  • Experience with monitoring, debugging, software performance, and scalable and reliable application development.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Visual Studio, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, multitasking, time management, and task management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, agile environment.
  • Strong customer orientation, initiative, problem-solving ability, and capacity to translate technical concepts.
  • GitHub Copilot and AI experience are a plus.
  • Salesforce and nCino platform experience are a plus.
