Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and customization of enterprise software applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and other teams.
- Oversee implementation of best practices and adherence to team quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
- Experience with application design, configuration, and customization in enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex technical issues and developing effective solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly.
- 15 years of full-time education.
