Base Salary
$55k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI systems that transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Develop scalable machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow.
- Integrate data from diverse sources to support AI and machine learning solutions.
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data infrastructure and integration processes.
- Apply natural language processing, deep learning, and neural network techniques to improve AI model performance and text analytics.
- Manage data pipelines to support efficient data validation, flow, and processing.
- Build stakeholder relationships and align AI initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members in AI implementation and data engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, or qualifying specialized training and progressively responsible engineering experience in AI and machine learning in lieu of the degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of computer and information science, computer engineering, computer management, management information systems, or information technology is preferred.
- Certifications related to data engineering, machine learning, cloud platforms, or related data and AI credentials are preferred.
- Experience with AI implementation and machine learning libraries, complex data analysis, data modeling, Python, and TensorFlow is preferred.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder relationships.

- Salary varies by location, with a stated range of $55,000-$151,470 and a Washington state range of $55,000-$187,000.
