Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Drive compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase the value of the CodeRabbit platform.
- Help in responding to security questionnaires.
- Provide feedback and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Stay abreast with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools.
- Contribute towards improvement of internal tools and documentation.
- Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Strong experience with software development tools and platforms.
- Comfortable working with command line.
- Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and eagerness to acquire new skills.
