Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop scalable, high-performing solutions using modern frameworks.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices to improve team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Workday US Absence Management.
- Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues within integrated systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
