Responsibilities
- Design and build a new mission-critical IAM security system.
- Develop reliable, scalable, and high-performance products for Amazon’s worldwide service-oriented architecture.
- Contribute to system architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple technical and business teams.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including coding, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
Requirements
- Professional, non-internship software development experience.
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
- Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations is preferred.
