Base Salary
$160k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale backend services using Go and Python.
- Architect data ingestion and processing pipelines for millions of data points.
- Build and maintain APIs for real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate with ML/AI engineers to integrate models into production workflows.
- Ensure system reliability through fault tolerance and performance design.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term platform development.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
- Deep proficiency in Go and/or Python.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of system design principles.
- Passionate about clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
