Responsibilities
- Own AI intake and delivery across Sales and Customer Success.
- Build and ship AI workflows end-to-end.
- Partner cross-functionally to unblock delivery.
- Embed permissioning and compliance requirements into workflows.
- Drive rollout with enablement and gather feedback.
- Create test plans and maintain documentation for quality assurance.
- Track adoption and performance to iterate on workflows.
Requirements
- 3 to 7+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or similar roles.
- Ability to address ambiguous GTM problems and implement effective solutions.
- Strong judgment and follow-through on projects.
- Comfort with APIs, JSON payloads, and SQL for analysis.
- Fluency in Salesforce and familiarity with pipeline and post-sales workflows.
