Base Salary
$188k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead high-complexity VM technical initiatives and deliver architecture decisions.
- Design and build scalable triage automation with integrations and decision logic.
- Implement end-to-end workflow components from assessment to remediation tracking.
- Provide deep technical leadership on hardware-adjacent vulnerabilities.
- Act as senior technical responder for embargoed disclosures and zero-day events.
- Improve prioritization logic and exception workflows through technical proposals.
- Produce actionable technical metrics and risk insights for leadership.
- Lead root-cause analysis for high-impact vulnerability incidents.
- Mentor engineers through design guidance and incident coaching.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflow reliability and remediation outcomes.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant experience in vulnerability management or related fields.
- Proven track record in building and scaling security automation in production.
- Deep expertise in vulnerability management best practices and frameworks.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Significant experience with modern vulnerability management tools.
- Experience with specialized infrastructure and hardware vulnerabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives.
- Strong business acumen regarding security's impact on engineering and business outcomes.
