Responsibilities
- Ship well-scoped product features and fixes independently with appropriate test coverage.
- Build across prior authorization workflows, Epic integrations, and AI agents for patient calls and texts.
- Use Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools as part of daily development while reviewing their output critically.
- Learn pharmacy workflows and challenge unclear or incorrect requirements.
- Identify and report bugs and user experience issues proactively.
- Improve through code review and pairing with experienced engineers.
Requirements
- Strong computer science fundamentals and evidence of building software through side projects, internships, open source, or startup work.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and operate with high agency and curiosity about the product.
- Experience building with AI tools and thoughtful judgment about their limitations.
