Base Salary
$130k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own the alarm console touchscreen UI from architecture through polish
- Develop real-time experiences for security alerts, live video streaming, and two-way talkdown
- Define technical direction and architecture for on-device UI development
- Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, firmware, and hardware-focused teammates
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Android expertise with hands-on experience building on Android as an embedded device operating system
- Prior experience shipping embedded UI products such as security panels, kiosks, industrial displays, or similar devices
- Strong understanding of performance on constrained hardware and building smooth, reliable experiences
- Willingness and ability to work onsite five days per week
- Experience with native Linux UI frameworks such as LVGL or Qt is a bonus
- Background in physical security or IoT products is a bonus
