Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate customer IT needs and future goals into technical architectures and design approaches.
- Lead Technical Direction Plans and technical implementation planning.
- Support cloud migration, advanced technology integration, and legacy system modernization.
- Direct architecture activities across multi-site and multi-stakeholder project operations.
- Align solutions with mission priorities, scalability targets, and enterprise security frameworks.
- Mentor developers and help identify opportunities for growth in the digital solutions business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience engineering, architecting, or integrating complex systems for federal, DoD, or large-scale technical programs.
- 5+ years of experience leading solution design, architecture development, technical implementation planning, or security-informed system design for high-complexity environments.
- Experience directing architecture activities across multi-site or multi-stakeholder project operations.
- Secret clearance is required.
- Master’s degree is required.
- Top Secret clearance is preferred.
