Base Salary
$93k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, debug, and operate OCI Key Management Service components.
- Develop secure, scalable, maintainable software for key lifecycle management, cryptographic operations, encryption at rest, service integrations, and HSM-backed capabilities.
- Improve service availability, performance, resilience, observability, automation, capacity planning, and operational tooling.
- Troubleshoot production issues, participate in on-call support and incident response, and implement durable reliability improvements.
- Create technical designs, runbooks, and operational documentation.
- Manage assigned features and operational work through design, implementation, testing, rollout, and support.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, security teams, and OCI service owners to deliver production-ready security infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing secure, scalable, highly available software and distributed systems.
- Ability to work across backend workflows, API design, cryptographic operations, and HSM-backed capabilities.
- Ability to diagnose complex software, distributed-systems, and production issues using data, logs, and metrics.
- Ability to contribute to secure software development, code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and operational readiness.
- Ability to independently prioritize deliverables and drive technical work through production support.
- Knowledge or experience in cloud security, cryptography, distributed systems, reliability, and operational excellence.

- U.S. hiring range is $92,500 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
