Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain a highly distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Support production customers through automation and incident response.
- Define, measure, and meet key operational metrics.
- Facilitate incident resolution and teamwork with other departments.
- Build lifecycle processes to mitigate risk and ensure platform currency.
- Automate the deployment of new software to cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure or another public cloud platform.
- 1+ years of experience with automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Understanding of Container and DevOps technologies.
