Responsibilities
- Develop Flash Bootloader software for automotive ECUs.
- Implement communication protocols, diagnostic services, flashing, and security based on AUTOSAR.
- Define and evaluate customer-specific flashing sequences.
- Analyze software requirements related to flashing and support customer problem solving.
- Develop independently and collaborate in goal-oriented teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in automotive embedded systems; freshers with a strong academic background and passion for embedded systems may apply.
- Good coding skills in C and scripting languages such as CAPL and Python.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR COM, Diagnostics, and Security, especially UDS ISO 14229; Flash Bootloader experience is preferred.
- Experience using Vector CAN tools for communication debugging and Lauterbach debugging tools.
- Familiarity with Infineon TriCore and Renesas SoCs is preferred.
- Knowledge of Flash EEPROM, embedded memory layout, CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, and FlexRay communication protocols.
- Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Good spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate daily with foreign colleagues and suppliers.
- Familiarity with software development processes and toolchains; knowledge of the V-Model is preferred.
- Chinese or Japanese language skills are optional.
