Responsibilities
- Execute strategies for how developers discover and engage with MCP.
- Prioritize community building initiatives based on developer feedback.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to inform the roadmap.
- Organize and lead developer events and workshops.
- Generate high-quality technical content to demonstrate MCP usage.
- Act as an advocate for developer needs within Anthropic.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developer relations or technical product teams.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and API concepts.
- Hands-on technical abilities to create code demos and review developer samples.
- Deep insight into developer psychology and behavior.
- Passion for AI safety and ethical considerations.
- Advocate for open source and contributions to the community.
