Responsibilities
- Develop application code that meets acceptance criteria using established methods.
- Review and collaborate with architects on technical designs.
- Create technical designs and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with product owners and subject-matter experts to clarify functionality and requirements.
- Develop stories, data mappings, test cases, and success criteria.
- Build and deploy code through approved channels.
- Perform automated unit, integration, functional, acceptance, performance, and smoke testing.
- Commit to iteration goals and deliver scalable, high-quality features.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Extensive full-stack programming experience and a strong understanding of web applications, backend systems, and LLMs.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable features, with knowledge of design patterns and industry best practices.
- Commitment to engineering practices including design, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Good knowledge of Java or a similar language.
- Strong computer science, data structure, and database fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze problems, design solutions, explain them to teammates, and deliver on time with high quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies.
