Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and independently implement automation projects.
- Work through operational processes at the individual-customer level to understand what is being automated.
- Collaborate with Process and Operations teams to identify challenges and build solutions with measurable impact.
- Use n8n, Make, Zapier, and coding agents to connect systems and develop app prototypes.
- Build robust and scalable data structures.
- Document automations in the knowledge base.
- Evaluate new AI tools and automation platforms and propose process improvements.
Requirements
- Study business informatics, computer science, data science, or a comparable subject, or have demonstrable relevant experience and technical affinity.
- Have practical experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Demonstrate a hands-on mindset and proactively advance initiatives.
- Be available for at least five months, preferably six months or longer.
- Be comfortable communicating fluently in German at a minimum C1 level.
- Be open to learning and feedback; prior energy-industry experience is beneficial but not required.
