Responsibilities
- Embed with client business, IT, data, and security teams to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
- Translate high-value AI use cases into working MVPs and own technical delivery from discovery through deployment handover.
- Design and build LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, decision-support tools, and other AI-enabled systems integrated with enterprise platforms.
- Write and review production-grade code, typically using Python and/or modern full-stack environments.
- Implement security, privacy, model-risk, and human-in-the-loop guardrails aligned with enterprise and regulatory expectations.
- Ensure solutions are observable, supportable, documented, and ready for day-to-day operations.
- Support early client adoption, iteration, stabilization, and identification of reusable delivery patterns.
- Contribute to AI Factory playbooks, accelerators, reference architectures, mentoring, knowledge sharing, practice development, and business-development feasibility input.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a software engineer, AI engineer, or technical delivery lead, including customer-facing work.
- Proven experience taking complex systems from prototype to production in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience building or deploying AI-enabled solutions, including LLMs, ML-driven decision systems, automation, or agent-based workflows.
- Solid engineering fundamentals covering system design, APIs, integration, testing, CI/CD, and operational readiness.
- Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving situations and under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with engineers, architects, and senior business stakeholders.
- Collaborative, ownership-driven approach to solving problems through completion.
