Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate frontend and backend components for production-ready enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust and scalable software efficiently.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
- Maintain software quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of development and operational practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with an additional statement requiring 6 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java full-stack development, including Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with one or more of .NET, C#, or Python is listed as a backend option.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript is listed for frontend development.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, cloud-native development, and application integration technologies.
