Base Salary

$139k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality full-stack software using ReactJS, Java, AWS, and other tools and libraries.
Build consumer-facing rental search interfaces, data ingestion pipelines, data services, and other features for high-traffic Redfin pages.
Use AI to develop solutions, innovations, and software-development efficiencies.
Balance infrastructure investments with pragmatic solutions for specific business needs.
Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to define, design, and deliver projects.
Contribute as a team member and feature lead while supporting production systems through a possible on-call rotation.

At least 3 years of professional full-stack software development experience specifically with ReactJS and Java.
Hands-on professional experience developing and leveraging AI for software efficiencies.
Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
Ability to work autonomously, overcome hurdles, make recommendations, create solutions, and drive outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team environment and empathize with customers.

Hybrid work is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays from the Seattle, San Francisco, or Detroit offices, with remote work on other days; highly qualified candidates outside those areas may be considered for fully remote work.

The listed compensation is $139,100.00-$170,100.00, with possible annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits.
