Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architectures for AI solutions covering data ingestion, processing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
- Define scalable architecture patterns, components, interfaces, and deployment strategies for cloud and edge environments.
- Evaluate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools and stay current with AI trends.
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop, train, evaluate, deploy, and optimize models.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Establish production monitoring, optimization mechanisms, feedback loops, and continuous improvement processes.
- Define AI governance practices and ensure regulatory, ethical, privacy, and compliance requirements are addressed.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive AI projects from concept to delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role focused on designing and implementing AI solutions.
- Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques and algorithms.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or ML.Net.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI applications such as computer vision, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Knowledge of edge computing and IoT technologies.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices for AI development and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
