Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven tools, custom automations, and intelligent agents for R&D operations and engineering productivity.
- Enable support and engineering teams to adopt and roll out newly developed automations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex technical problems and define, build, and scale workflows, automation, and agents.
- Troubleshoot code and customer issues using available R&D tools and systems.
- Represent engineering on critical customer calls with customer success, support, and sales teams.
- Drive technical projects end-to-end, including design, architecture, and deployment of operational tools.
- Handle multiple customer requests while prioritizing competing needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Python, Golang, and Linux.
- Experience developing internal-facing software, AI-assisted tooling, automation frameworks, or custom agents for support and engineering teams.
- Experience owning technical projects through design, architecture, and deployment.
- Experience with at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test-driven development.
- Experience building web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience implementing application-level monitoring across a full stack.
- Experience with large-scale application troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of cloud security architecture, web application security, and security engineering is preferred.
