Responsibilities
- Serve as the design authority for AI architecture within Corporate Applications.
- Lead deployment of AI models into production environments while ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead and document assigned medium to large work efforts and complex initiatives.
- Mentor early-career staff and contribute to the enterprise AI maturity roadmap.
- Improve processes, tools, or operating models at a functional level and identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years serving as an architect, technical lead, or equivalent design authority for enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- At least 2 years deploying AI/ML solutions to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms, including CI/CD and MLOps practices.
- At least 3 years working with large-scale data systems such as data lakes, data warehouses, or distributed processing frameworks such as Spark.
- Proficiency with Python and experience with modern AI application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is preferred.
- Experience translating business requirements into AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes and leading complex initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional influencing, communication, organization, judgment, and risk-management skills in time-sensitive and ambiguous environments.
- Ability to work full time in office and remote environments and outside normal U.S. business hours when project needs arise.
- Ability to work in English and uphold the company’s Code of Conduct and inclusive workplace values.
