Responsibilities
- Manage long-term cyber security R&D activities for RTU and SCADA products.
- Lead process development for CRA compliance and IEC 62443-4-1 and IEC 62443-4-2 certification.
- Support development of test systems incorporating cyber security aspects.
- Contribute to the cyber security technology and product roadmap.
- Act as team leader and drive process changes with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a cyber security role, preferably in a comparable industrial setting.
- Suitable educational background, such as a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering or another relevant field.
- Ability and willingness to lead and drive process changes in cooperation with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders.
- Interest in team leader responsibilities; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
