Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, maintainable full-stack web applications.
- Provide strategic technical leadership and drive technical roadmaps aligned with business and client needs.
- Lead technical discussions with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Advise clients on innovative and scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Maintain high standards for engineering practices, code quality, security, and CI/CD.
- Design and explain end-to-end application flows and technical decisions.
- Mentor and guide engineers while fostering technical growth and a culture of learning and innovation.
- Interview and help select technical talent for the organization.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for issues across specific work streams and multiple projects.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of strong hands-on .NET and C# experience, with approximately 60–70% focus on backend development.
- Working knowledge of React and the ability to understand flows across the frontend, APIs, business and data layers, and database.
- Strong application architecture skills, including independently designing and explaining end-to-end application flows and technical decisions.
- Proven experience building SaaS applications and multi-tenant solutions, including tenant management and data isolation.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization across applications and APIs.
- Solid database fundamentals, including transactions and concurrent-update handling for data integrity.
- Experience with multilingual and localized platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure-hosted application environments and hands-on experience with relevant Azure services.
- Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
- Preferred: strong understanding of Azure Service Bus, including queues, topics, and Dead Letter Queue.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, make sound technical decisions, and clearly communicate architectural and implementation approaches.
