Base Salary

$120k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

Own full-stack features from design to production.
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and observable services.
Implement polished, accessible, performant UIs using modern React patterns.
Design and tune persistence layers including schema design and caching strategies.
Ship well-tested code and manage CI/CD flows.
Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers.
Drive technical proposals, tradeoff analysis, and documentation.
Act like a product owner for your domain, prioritizing customer value.
Continuously improve the platform through code reviews and system enhancements.
Solve interesting technical problems with creativity and strong engineering judgement.

2–5 years of professional experience building production web applications.
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills with React on the frontend.
Proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
Strong fundamentals in REST/GraphQL API design and integration.
Solid database knowledge, preferably with MySQL.
Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Practical experience with testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
Good debugging skills across UI, APIs, and databases.
Clear communication and documentation habits.
Familiarity with modern code editors like VS Code.
