Base Salary
$187k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Red Team exercises to validate security assumptions and improve incident response.
- Conduct threat modeling against critical services and articulate security risks.
- Perform penetration testing on infrastructure, applications, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders through adversarial simulations.
- Partner with physical security to assess Robinhood properties.
- Mentor and guide members of the Offensive Security team.
- Plan and execute long-term Red Team exercises.
- Write tooling to automate Red Team assessments.
- Publish findings and present at security conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Red Team experience.
- Experience mentoring team members.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with network protocols like DNS and TCP/IP.
- Experience with MacOS and Linux.
- Knowledge of modern software development stacks and security hardening.
- Understanding of defensive tools and techniques.
- Deep knowledge of Mitre’s ATT&CK Framework.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript.
- Ability to research and execute testing plans.
