Responsibilities
- Extend and optimize existing Laravel-based systems.
- Design and implement new features and applications.
- Conduct code reviews and actively ensure code quality.
- Help shape technical concepts, architectures, and development standards.
- Reduce technical debt and continuously improve existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with product management and the development team.
- Take responsibility for code quality and technical decisions beyond individual code contributions.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
- Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Very strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and web architectures.
- Experience maintaining long-lived, production web applications.
- Experience with automated testing in PHP/Laravel environments, such as PHPUnit or Pest.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and structured deployment processes.
- Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
- A structured, quality-conscious, collaborative, and self-directed working style.
- Strong awareness of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
