Responsibilities
- Provide international 2nd-level software support and participate in 24/7 on-call duties.
- Document incoming service cases and their solutions.
- Act as service delivery manager for new and existing customers.
- Collaborate on software projects and perform international project commissioning and after-go-live support.
- Support existing customers using WCS and MFC systems.
- Develop software for WCS, MFC, and OFS systems, including PTL and PbV systems.
- Process change requests for existing customers.
Requirements
- Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd-level support.
- High level of service and customer orientation.
- Knowledge of automation environments, warehouse management systems, and logistics IT environments.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Java software development is desirable.
- Experience with sophisticated software architectures and Oracle databases.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel.
