Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize scalable software solutions and application components.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage collaboration across teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices and standards within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Microsoft ASP.NET.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server or similar relational databases.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
