Senior Software Engineer - Product

Responsibilities
- Develop features and products from the ground up with the engineering team.
- Design, build, and scale full-stack product software across user interfaces, APIs, data models, background jobs, and third-party integrations.
- Solve complex, cross-system healthcare workflows and make practical tradeoffs from MVP through mature, scaled products.
- Participate in design and development discussions and contribute to key product and technical decisions.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions to real-world needs.
- Ship reliable products quickly and deliver a strong customer experience.
- Develop scalable software that complies with HIPAA and other security standards.
- Work with Product, Design, Operations, customers, founders, and other stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of industry experience with demonstrated impact at a major technology company or high-growth startup.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and experience designing, building, and scaling production-grade applications or systems.
- Experience building full-stack web applications.
- Experience with APIs, relational data models, asynchronous workflows, and third-party integrations.
- The product stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, and Postgres; experience with every listed technology is not required.
