Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process requirements and automation opportunities.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Create and maintain process design documents, solution architecture, and deployment guides.
- Configure and deploy software robots to execute production automation workflows.
- Conduct unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT operations, and support teams on implementation and ongoing support.
- Keep current with RPA technology developments and improve automation capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or an MCA.
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language, including C, .NET, Java, or Python, and database concepts.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Fundamental understanding of RPA, AI, and ML concepts.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured runbooks and escalation paths, and work collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Power Automate knowledge is preferred.
- UiPath or Power Automate certification is preferred.
