Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process requirements and automation opportunities.
Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
Create and maintain process design documents, solution architecture, and deployment guides.
Configure and deploy software robots to production environments.
Conduct unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes and resolve issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, IT operations, and support teams on implementation and ongoing support.
Stay current with RPA technology developments and improve automation capabilities.
Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or an M.C.A.
Fresh graduate with strong technical ability and willingness to learn.
Programming knowledge in any of C, .NET, Java, or Python, plus database concepts.
Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
Fundamental knowledge of RPA, AI, and ML concepts.
Hands-on experience with UiPath.
Power Automate knowledge is preferred.
UiPath or Power Automate certification is an advantage.
Strong English verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate within a senior team.
Ability to follow structured runbooks and escalation paths.

Onsite position based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
